Your data, explained.
These foundations explain the actual Renewra preview: credit clarity, business recovery, course learning, local analysis and AI guidance. They need the operator's final legal review before commercial services launch.
Stripe checkout setup
Live Stripe prices are synchronized, but paid collection is not launched. Stripe-hosted JavaScript is loaded directly for secure payment-form support and may process browser/device/request information under Stripe privacy terms. Only the public publishable key reaches the browser; server API keys and signing secrets do not. Card entry belongs in Stripe’s secure form, not Renewra fields or chat. Existing authenticated identity and selected product would link a future authorized Checkout Session; a return URL is not payment or fulfillment proof. Renewra does not submit a payment for you.
Intro viewing preference
The first-arrival film attempts muted autoplay, with an immediate skip option and sound/play controls. Completing or skipping it records only a non-sensitive dismissed flag in session storage for this tab session, so navigation does not force another intro. The flag is not sent to our server, does not identify you and does not change financial workspace records. You can replay from the film section; browser settings may prevent autoplay, device fullscreen or preference storage.
Cancellation case records
Cancellation plans, drafts and non-sensitive confirmation notes stay in page memory until an explicit browser save/export. They are not sent to Renewra or AI or synchronized with the subscription audit. A saved sent/confirmed status is user-reported, not independently verified or actual provider action. Unreadable saves are preserved pending your explicit recovery/reset choice.
Cancellation case records
Cancellation plans, drafts, notes and user-entered confirmation references stay in page memory until you explicitly save cases in this browser or download a copy. Saved records are not sent to the server/AI or synchronized with the subscription audit. Use only non-sensitive references. A local sent/confirmed status is your report, not verification or provider action. Unreadable saved records are preserved until an explicit replacement/reset decision.
Personal letter drafts
The form library provides public blank educational templates. Private editors keep names, mailing addresses, factual notes, recipient details and dates only in current browser memory; no automatic local save, network upload or AI transmission occurs. Copying, downloading and printing are explicit actions. A downloaded/printed draft can contain personal data; protect it, review its truthfulness and independently verify the recipient before any offline sending. Clearing or leaving the page can discard the draft. We do not send or file it.
What stays in this browser
Subscription audit records are stored in this browser's localStorage. Credit and recovery checklists save bounded context and self-reported milestones only when you choose Save in browser. Academy completion flags and quiz choices save only through an explicit Save or confirmed save-and-navigation action. Business Studio inputs remain in page memory unless you choose Save profile in browser; that optional saved profile includes any cash snapshot values you entered. None of these local records is automatically uploaded or synchronized. Other people using the same browser profile may see them. Private browsing, clearing site data or losing a device can remove records; export a backup first.
Calculators, profiles and plan-finder budgets
Standalone utilization and cash-scenario amounts remain in page memory and are not included in saved recovery checklists or sent to our server. Business Studio is a separate opt-in profile tool: its generated report, explicit downloads and optional local save may include your entered financial snapshot, as disclosed beside its controls. The subscription plan finder runs locally; its budget is not sent to the contact form. We do not request Social Security numbers, account numbers, lender passwords, credit reports or confidential documents. Do not put them in any free-text field.
What an AI question shares
When you consent and send a question, the question, selected role/topic, optional short context and at most six short prior conversation messages are sent to the Renewra server and managed AI provider to produce a custom answer. The assistant does not read or automatically send local profiles, course progress or audit/checklist records. AI conversation state stays in page memory and is not persisted in the app's database; you can download a copy or clear the current view. AI providers and hosting may process request information under their own policies. Clearing the page is not a request to erase provider or infrastructure logs. Do not send confidential identifiers or records; ordinary numerical context you voluntarily include in a question is processed as part of that question.
What contact and early-access forms send
A consenting request sends name, email, audience, service or membership interest, optional message, consent and submission time to our managed database. It is used to respond and discuss Renewra, not create a paid subscription, repair contract, professional appointment or financing application. No budget, Business Studio profile or AI transcript is automatically attached. Stored requests are not publicly listed.
Infrastructure and external links
Hosting may process ordinary request information such as IP addresses and server logs; short-lived request counters protect the free AI endpoint. Google Fonts receives font requests. No third-party advertising tracker is deliberately installed. Official links, including CFPB, FTC, AnnualCreditReport.com, IdentityTheft.gov, SBA and FDIC, open independent sites with their own terms. Tool answers are not automatically forwarded to them. We do not claim an endorsement or partnership.
Managing and recovering data
Export before clearing data. Confirmed resets remove only the relevant saved local workspace; Academy reset covers its three courses, not business/audit records. Unreadable saved records are preserved until deliberately replaced or reset, with a recovery-copy option. Storage failures are reported instead of claiming a successful save or erasure. For a submitted contact request, use the contact dialog and identify the email address used. The operator must still establish a direct privacy contact and appropriate retention/deletion process.
Before a commercial launch
The operator must supply its legal identity, direct privacy contact, retention policy, applicable privacy obligations and AI processor disclosures/terms. These preview foundations require legal review. Paid memberships, paid repair/advisory services, customer cloud sync, automatic alerts and bank/bureau connections are not active.
